We require you to ring us on 0751 273 4617 to inform us you are approaching Gatwick Airport. If you are coming via the M25 you should ring us when you get on to the M23. If you are heading up the A23 ring us at Pease Pottage services junction. If you are coming from any other direction please give us about 10 minutes notice that you are arriving.
Gatwick South Terminal
Follow the signs for the 'Passenger Drop Off' and proceed along this lane over 2 zebra crossings and then pull into the left where your uniformed driver will be waiting for you.
Your car will be returned at this location on your return.
Gatwick North Terminal
As you turn into the North Terminal stay in the right hand lane. Follow the road round, go pass the Sofitel Hotel over a zebra crossing and pull in to the left where a uniformed driver will be waiting for you.
Your car will be returned at this location on your return.
Return Procedure
This is the same for both terminals.
Once you have collected your luggage and gone through customs please ring on 0751 273 4617 to let us know. Your car will be returned to the same location you dropped it off. You will be given written instructions when you arrive on what to do for your return.
